Citizens’ Complaints Heard and Immediate Instructions Issued to Relevant Officers for Resolution
Islamabad (Crime Reporter): Islamabad Police continue to pursue their mission of serving the public. SSP Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at his office under the department’s open-door policy to ensure the prompt resolution of citizens’ issues and grievances.
According to details, following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza organized the open court to provide immediate relief and ensure effective redressal of public complaints.
During the session, citizens presented their concerns and complaints seeking solutions to various issues. SSP Operations listened to the grievances and directed the relevant officers to take legal action on the marked applications within the specified timeframe and submit reports regarding the progress and resolution of the cases.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza stated that Islamabad Police are implementing a zero-tolerance policy regarding violence against women and children. He emphasized that providing maximum relief to citizens remains the department’s top priority and that the rule of law will be upheld under all circumstances.
He further said that every citizen enjoys equal rights and that all applications and complaints will be decided strictly on merit. He reaffirmed that the protection of citizens’ lives, property, and dignity remains of paramount importance to Islamabad Police.
