Orders Issued for Timely Resolution of Public Complaints in Accordance with Law and Merit

Daud Khel (Zia Niazi) — Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue (ADCR) Mianwali Muhammad Shahid conducted regular hearings of various cases related to land matters and revenue records at the Revenue Court.

According to details, the ADCR heard important revenue-related cases in his court, including matters concerning legal partition of land, implementation of registered documents, appeals related to land consolidation, and correction of revenue records of landowners.

During the hearings, ADCR Muhammad Shahid carefully listened to the viewpoints of all applicants. After reviewing the nature of the cases, he issued necessary directives on the spot for their early resolution and timely completion of related revenue matters in accordance with law and merit.

He directed the concerned staff to ensure that all legal requirements in revenue cases are completed at the earliest so that immediate relief can be provided to citizens.
