Islamabad (News Reporter): President of the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association (APPSCA), Dr. Malik Abrar Hussain, has praised the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) for announcing its recent examination results on time, describing the timely declaration as a commendable achievement that has further strengthened the Board’s credibility.

In a statement, Dr. Abrar Hussain congratulated Federal Board Chairman Dr. Ikram Ali Malik, the position holders, and all successful candidates on their outstanding performance. He said the prompt announcement of results reflects the Board’s commitment to efficiency and transparency, which is a positive development for the education sector.

He also appreciated the overall performance of private educational institutions, stating that private schools and colleges have played a significant role in improving educational standards, and their efforts have been reflected in the encouraging examination results.

Expressing concern over the Federal Board’s decision to increase affiliation fees for educational institutions, Dr. Abrar Hussain said the move could create financial and administrative difficulties for schools and colleges in the admission process and the registration of students for Board examinations.

He urged the relevant authorities to immediately review and withdraw the increase in affiliation fees, arguing that the additional financial burden would ultimately fall on students and their parents. He emphasized that policy decisions in the education sector should promote access to quality education while protecting the interests of both educational institutions and students.

Dr. Abrar Hussain concluded by calling for educational reforms and policies that facilitate academic institutions, improve educational opportunities, and ensure that students receive quality education without unnecessary financial burdens.
