The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi invited Traffic Warden Muhammad Farooq Kalyar to his office to congratulate him on successfully completing his PhD degree and acknowledged his outstanding academic achievement.

On the occasion, the CTO presented Muhammad Farooq Kalyar with an appreciation shield in recognition of his dedication, hard work, and remarkable success in higher education.
