Qazi Ali Raza Holds Open Court to Address Citizens’ Complaints Under Open-Door Policy

Islamabad Police is continuing its mission to serve the public. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza held an open court at his office under the open-door policy to ensure the immediate resolution of citizens’ problems and issued directives to concerned officers for prompt action after hearing their complaints.
According to details, on the special directives of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza organized an open court at his office under the open-door policy to ensure the timely redressal of citizens’ grievances.
Citizens appeared before the SSP Operations and presented their complaints regarding various issues. Qazi Ali Raza listened to their problems and directed the concerned officers to take legal action on the marked applications within the stipulated time and submit reports regarding the action taken.
SSP Operations Islamabad said that Islamabad Police is following a zero-tolerance policy against violence against women and children. He said providing maximum possible relief to citizens is the police’s top priority and the rule of law will be ensured under all circumstances.
He further stated that every citizen enjoys equal rights and all applications would be decided strictly on merit. He emphasized that the protection of citizens’ lives, property and dignity remains the foremost priority of Islamabad Police.
