slamabad: A prestigious ceremony was held at the Central Police Office to honor the promoted officers of the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP).The Inspector General of Motorway Police, Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry, graced the occasion as the chief guest. During the ceremony, he pinned rank badges on 52 officers out of a total of 447 newly promoted Assistant Patrol Officers, including 33 female officers. Addressing the gathering, IG Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry emphasized that these promotions are a recognition of the officers’ hard work, dedication, and exceptional professional performance. He reminded the officers that promotion is a significant milestone that comes with greater responsibilities. He further highlighted that the NHMP’s reputation is built on courtesy, unbiased law enforcement, and timely public assistance. The ceremony was attended by DIGs, SSPs, and other senior officials.
