Islamabad (Crime Reporter) DIG Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq visited the Police Service Center CASCADE in the Diplomatic Enclave. The DIG reviewed various police services and facilities provided to the diplomatic community in detail and issued necessary directives. According to details, Deputy Inspector General of Police Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq visited the Police Service Center CASCADE, accompanied by SSP VIP Security Captain (Retd) Syed Zeeshan Haider and other police officials. The DIG Security Islamabad examined the procedures for providing driving licenses, character certificates, and other police services, as well as the facilities offered to citizens and the diplomatic community, and the quality of service delivery. Relevant officials also briefed him on the various services and arrangements provided at the center. On this occasion, DIG Security Islamabad instructed the relevant police officers to ensure timely, transparent, effective, and quality police services to the diplomatic community at all costs. He further directed that individuals visiting the Police Service Center should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, their issues should be resolved on a priority basis, and every possible facility should be provided to them in obtaining services. DIG Security Islamabad Rana Umar Farooq stated that the Islamabad Police is utilizing all available resources to provide modern, easy, and citizen-friendly police services to the citizens and the diplomatic community. He added that efforts will continue to further improve the quality of service delivery and provide the best facilities to the public.
