Citizens Praise Passport Processing System; Office to Be Expanded for Public Convenience, Says Mohsin Naqvi
KARACHI (Bureau Report): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Passport Office at Awami Markaz in Karachi and interacted with citizens who had arrived to obtain their passports. He inquired about their experience and asked them about the overall passport processing procedure.
Minister Mohsin Naqvi specifically asked citizens how much time they had to wait from the issuance of their token until their turn was called.
The citizens appreciated the passport processing system and expressed satisfaction with the services being provided. Some citizens said they had visited the office for passport renewal and that their entire process had been completed within just a few minutes.
The citizens further said they had faced no difficulties during the passport application process and did not have to wait for a long period.
On the occasion, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that the Passport Office at Awami Markaz would be expanded to facilitate citizens and provide them with better services.
