A grand ceremony titled “Dastar-e-Fazilat and Distribution of Certificates” was held at Jamia Siddiqia Zia-ul-Uloom I-8/2, Islamabad, on the auspicious occasion of the month of Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ, to send blessings to the soul of the revered Sheikh al-Hadith Pir Abul Khair Syed Hussainuddin Shah Chishti Qadri Sultanpuri, may Allah’s mercy be upon him. During this event, 13 fortunate Hafiz-e-Quran were honored with Dastar-e-Fazilat and certificates were distributed. The moment when the Quran is preserved in the hearts and crowns of honor are placed on the heads is a priceless moment that rejuvenates faith. The dignified ceremony held yesterday illuminated the hearts of the attendees with the light of the Quran. It was filled with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Naat of the beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the echo of Darood and Salam. When the crowns of honor were placed on the heads of these newcomers to the garden of the Quran, the sight was incredibly uplifting, touching the heart and a sight to behold. Everyone present, whether distinguished or ordinary, was exclaiming “Subhan Allah,” and an unusual tranquility and spiritual atmosphere enveloped the space. Witnessing this fountain of knowledge and understanding left the intellect astonished at how these innocent and beloved children had permanently preserved Allah’s final book in their hearts. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Hazrat Allama Maulana Qari Manzoor Sahib Ziaee, followed by the Naat of the beloved Prophet ﷺ. A large number of esteemed scholars, eminent saints, and devotees attended the gathering.
In a special address, the beloved disciple of the global Islamic missionary, Hazrat Pir Syed Habib-ul-Haq Shah Kazmi Sultanpuri, paid a magnificent tribute to the religious and national services of the saints, particularly Pir Syed Hussainuddin Shah Kazmi Sultanpuri, may Allah’s mercy be upon him. He emphasized that the lives of the great saints were dedicated to the propagation of Islam and the reform of the Ummah, and in the current tumultuous times, it is essential to introduce the younger generation to the morals and teachings of the religious elders to promote peace, love, and moral values in society.
Renowned scholar Mufti Zameer Ahmad Sajid shed light on various aspects of the Seerat-e-Tayyiba ﷺ in his speech. He stressed that the only path to success lies in adhering to the pure Shariah and the exemplary conduct of the Prophet ﷺ. He highlighted the importance of religious schools, stating that these institutions are fortresses of the Quran and Sunnah, illuminating society with knowledge and ethics. Sheikh al-Hadith Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Ishaq Zafar provided heartfelt advice to the attendees. He urged the audience to adhere strictly to piety, sincerity, and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. He advised that we should live our lives according to the Quran and Sunnah, eliminate mutual differences, embody the unity of the Ummah, and illuminate our hearts with the love of the Prophet ﷺ. At the end of his address, Sheikh al-Hadith Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Ishaq Zafar offered a heartfelt special prayer for the safety, progress, stability of the country and nation, the unity of the Muslim Ummah, and for all attendees of the gathering.
Among the esteemed guests were Ustad-ul-Ulama Maulana Sardar Ahmad Hassan Saidi, Ustad-ul-Ulama wa al-Madaris Maulana Hafiz Muhammad Iqbal Naeemi, Qari Muhammad Manzoor Khan Ziaee, Maulana Muhammad Aslam Ziaee, Mufti Muhammad Shah Nawaz, and other distinguished personalities. The Naat reciters Hafiz Muhammad Fayyaz Hassan Naqshbandi, Hafiz Muhammad Jawad, and Hafiz Muhammad Ali presented flowers of devotion at the court of the Prophet ﷺ. The hosts of the gathering included Al-Haj Suhail Latif Siddiqi, Muhammad Sajid Abbasi, Muhammad Iqbal Mughal, and Zahid Rashid.
In conclusion, the head of Jamia Siddiqia Zia-ul-Uloom, the esteemed Hazrat Allama Professor Muhammad Mahboob Qadri Ziaee, expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the administration to all the distinguished guests and distributed food among the attendees.
