Sialkot (Wasim Malik): Political and social leader Chaudhry Kashif Waraich, in his special statement regarding Independence Day on August 14, said that Pakistan is our identity, our pride, and the fruit of the great sacrifices made by our elders. He said that the celebrations of independence should be observed with national spirit, discipline, and mutual love, while the younger generation should also be made aware of the value and importance of Pakistan.
Kashif Waraich said that a special program is organized every year for the children of Kotli Loharan on August 14. The children begin the celebrations with the national anthem, followed by sports and other positive activities. Various prizes are also given to encourage the children, while this year too, cash prizes and other gifts are being arranged for them.
He said that the purpose of giving prizes to children is not merely to make them happy, but also to develop in them the spirit of hard work, sports, discipline, positive thinking, and love for the country. When children participate in sports, sing the national anthem, and receive prizes on August 14, the day becomes a beautiful and memorable experience that stays with them throughout their lives.
Kashif Waraich said that the younger generation is the future of Pakistan. Children should be kept away from negative activities and encouraged to participate in sports, education, healthy competitions, and constructive activities. The sacrifices made by the soldiers of the Pakistan Army for the defense and security of the country are a great example for everyone, and these sacrifices inspire us with a spirit of love, loyalty, and service to the nation.
He further said that his association with Kotli Loharan is not merely a connection with an area but a relationship based on responsibility and affection. Whenever there is a national, social, or celebratory occasion in the area, he tries to participate according to his means. His objective is to create opportunities for positive activities for the children and youth of Kotli Loharan and to bring honor to his area through good deeds.
Chaudhry Kashif Waraich said that August 14 is not merely about putting up flags or celebrating. It is a day to pledge that we will play our role in the development, prosperity, and security of Pakistan. Parents should educate their children about the history of Pakistan, the struggle for independence, and the sacrifices of national heroes so that the younger generation understands the value of their homeland.
In conclusion, he said that Pakistan is our life, our identity, and our pride. Everyone should celebrate Independence Day peacefully and with dignity and a spirit of national unity, bring happiness to their children, and inspire them to dream of building a Pakistan that future generations can be proud of.
Pakistan Zindabad! Pakistan Army Zindabad!
