Former Radio Pakhtunkhwa Director Ghulam Hussain Ghazi Honored

Recognition for Outstanding Services in Maintaining Peace and Strengthening Public Relations in the Province

Additional Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muhammad Ali Babakhel, has presented a certificate of appreciation to former Director of Radio Pakhtunkhwa and Public Relations Officer Ghulam Hussain Ghazi in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting peace and law and order in the province, supporting the implementation of government policies, media management, and public relations.

The Additional IG met with him at the Police Secretariat in Peshawar and commended his remarkable 39-year career. He stated that Ghulam Hussain Ghazi’s role in promoting peace strategies, rendering sincere services in various sectors of the media, and strengthening communication between the government and the public has been highly commendable.

He expressed hope that even after retirement, Ghulam Hussain Ghazi would continue to utilize his voluntary abilities with the same dedication and enthusiasm in government and social service sectors and would keep cooperating with the Police and Home Department in making the province a hub of peace and stability.

Muhammad Ali Babakhel also highly appreciated Ghulam Hussain Ghazi’s post-retirement contributions to social welfare activities, peace committees, and various charitable organizations. He conveyed his best wishes for the success of all his welfare, reformative, and creative endeavors.

Ghulam Hussain Ghazi, in his remarks, described the provincial government’s strategy for improving law and order—particularly the efforts of the Inspector General of Police and the Additional Inspector General of Police—as reflective of public expectations. He assured his full cooperation in supporting and implementing these initiatives.
