Rawalpindi (Bureau Report): On the special directives of Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Executive Officer Amir Rashid, the Enforcement Department conducted a grand operation against illegal encroachments in Misrial Road, Peshawar Road, Chohar Bazaar, Dhoke Gujran, and other areas.

During the operation, illegal encroachments were removed and goods occupying public spaces were confiscated in multiple trucks.

On the occasion, Executive Officer Amir Rashid said that operations against encroachments are being conducted on a daily basis under a zero-tolerance policy without any recommendation or favoritism, and indiscriminate action will continue in the future as well.

He said encroachments on public passageways and roads would not be tolerated under any circumstances and urged citizens and traders to comply with the law.
