Plant distribution ceremony held at Ayesha Vocational Centre, Kot Chamnān, under the auspices of Women Development Society Registered Kalabagh
KALABAGH (Gulraiz Khan): A plant distribution ceremony was held at Ayesha Vocational Centre, Kot Chamnān, under the auspices of Women Development Society Registered Kalabagh as part of the Green Pakistan Campaign.
On the occasion, more than 200 saplings were distributed among citizens. Various political, social and welfare personalities from the city, representatives of the Education Department, media representatives and individuals associated with different NGOs participated enthusiastically and contributed to this noble cause.
The purpose of the campaign was, on the one hand, to dedicate the reward of this good deed to the late General Secretary of Women Development Society, Madam Saadat Begum Paracha, and, on the other hand, to promote tree plantation, environmental protection and the vision of a Green Pakistan among the public, while also raising environmental awareness.
Let us all work together to plant as many trees as possible, make our environment greener and leave behind a better and cleaner Pakistan for future generations.
Women Development Society Registered Kalabagh expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all the honorable guests and supporters who participated in and contributed to this noble cause.
