Superintending Engineer Mohsin Ali Memon Presides; Immediate Orders Issued After Hearing Citizens’ Complaints, Directs Priority Resolution of Legitimate Issues
RAWALPINDI (News Reporter): In accordance with the special directives of Federal Minister for Energy (Power Division) Sardar Owais Ahmad Khan Leghari and the vision of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Chief Executive Officer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, an open court was held in Dhok Kala Khan to resolve the problems of electricity consumers at their doorstep.
The open court was presided over by IESCO City Circle Rawalpindi Superintending Engineer Mohsin Ali Memon. Deputy Commercial Manager City Circle Faisal Qadeer and XEN Satellite Town Syed Ghulam Bilal were also present on the occasion.
A large number of local elders, citizens and electricity consumers attended the open court and presented their complaints regarding electricity bills, transformers, cables, low voltage and other technical and administrative matters.
Superintending Engineer Mohsin Ali Memon heard the citizens’ issues in detail and resolved several complaints on the spot, while necessary approvals were also granted for other applications.
On the occasion, SDO Dhok Kala Khan Syed Iqbal Shah was directed to resolve all legitimate complaints on a priority basis and provide consumers with every possible facility and cooperation.
The citizens and residents of the area appreciated the prompt action taken by the IESCO administration and the public-friendly initiative, expressing their satisfaction.
