Detailed Review of Ongoing Construction, Security Monitoring System and Modern Technology
Islamabad (Crime Reporter): Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi visited Safe City Islamabad, where he conducted a detailed review of ongoing construction work, various departments, and the security monitoring system.
He directed the Director General (DG) Safe City to further improve the effectiveness of modern technology and the security monitoring system.
According to details, IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi visited Safe City Islamabad, accompanied by DG Safe City / DIG Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joiya and other Safe City police officers.
During the visit, the IGP reviewed ongoing measures aimed at ensuring the effective use of modern technology, improving the monitoring system, and providing timely and quality police services to citizens. He issued necessary instructions to the concerned officers and emphasized that construction work should be completed according to the prescribed standards and within the stipulated timeframe.
Later, IGP Islamabad held a meeting with the DG Safe City / DIG Traffic. Detailed discussions were held on Safe City monitoring, the use of modern technology, traffic management, and measures to provide improved police services to citizens.
IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi directed that full advantage be taken of the modern Safe City system and available technology to further strengthen security monitoring, enable timely detection of crimes, and improve the capacity for providing an immediate police response to citizens.
He further said that modern technology and an effective monitoring system are the foundation of modern policing. Islamabad Police will continue to expand the use of modern technology to protect the lives and property of citizens and provide them with timely, effective, and quality police services.
