Islamabad Police Committed to Resolving Citizens’ Issues

Islamabad (Crime Reporter) — Islamabad Police remains committed to resolving the problems of citizens. DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq listened to citizens’ issues during an open court (Khuli Kachehri) held at his office and issued directions to officers for the immediate resolution of their concerns.

He stated that resolving citizens’ problems promptly and on merit is the top priority of Islamabad Police.

According to details, in accordance with the special directives of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police is determined to address the issues faced by citizens. In this regard, DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq listened to public complaints during an open court held at his office and directed the concerned officers to ensure their immediate resolution.

On this occasion, he stated that citizens can also register their complaints and issues through the IGP Complaint Cell 1715 for the resolution of their problems.

DIG Islamabad further said that Islamabad Police is committed to reaching out to ordinary citizens through various initiatives and resolving their issues effectively.

He added that IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has issued instructions to all senior police officers to conduct open courts across the district. In this regard, all zonal SPs are regularly holding open courts within their respective zones.

He further stated that every citizen of Islamabad can openly present their problems and concerns during these open courts. The purpose of this public outreach campaign by Islamabad Police is to resolve citizens’ issues at their doorstep.
