Islamabad Police Conducts Grand Search and Combing Operations

During the search operations, 456 individuals, 127 houses, 77 shops, 24 hotels, 190 motorcycles, and 81 vehicles were checked, while 18 suspicious individuals and 16 motorcycles were transferred to various police stations for further investigation. According to details, under the special directives of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police is continuing its series of grand combing and search operations in various areas to combat crime and suppress criminal elements in the federal capital. Under the supervision of zonal SPs, grand search and combing operations were conducted in different areas. During these operations, 456 individuals, 127 houses, 77 shops, 24 hotels, 190 motorcycles, and 81 vehicles were checked, and 18 suspicious individuals and 16 motorcycles were also moved to various police stations for verification. Furthermore, suspects involved in illegal possession of weapons were arrested, and two pistols along with ammunition of different calibers were recovered. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza stated that the purpose of the search operations is to tighten the noose around criminal elements and enhance security throughout the city. Search operations are being conducted in various areas of the district. The Islamabad Police continues its indiscriminate actions against criminal elements, land grabbers, and drug dealers.
