Khaqan Waheed Khawaja, Chairman of Pakistan Awami Quwat Party, Says

Islamabad (Staff Reporter) Khaqan Waheed Khawaja, the chairman of the Pakistan Awami Quwat Party and the Rawal General and Dental Hospital and Rawal Foundation, stated that we prepare leaders, not just workers. Our country needs a leader with a high-level vision and the capability that this nation demands, so that the leader’s vision aligns with the nation’s vision. We do not want any discrepancies. He made these remarks while addressing members of the Youth Parliament at the invitation of the Future Leaders Youth Parliament in Mardan. Upon his arrival to speak to the Youth Parliament members, he was warmly welcomed, especially at the invitation of Chairman of the Save Life Foundation, Hakeem Khan, and President of the Youth Parliament, Engineer Irfan Khan. The chairman of the Pakistan Awami Quwat Party spoke for over two hours at the Future Leaders Youth Assembly, organized by the Human Rights Protection and Social Justice, with participation from young leadership assembly members and parliament members. A question-and-answer session also took place during this event. While addressing the Youth Parliament, he emphasized that the true strength and asset of any country is its youth, and we take pride and have confidence in our youth. We do not speak of despair. He mentioned that despite not being in power, the Pakistan Awami Quwat Party has accomplished many tasks for the welfare of the people, particularly in health, e-commerce, employment, and vocational education, which is proof that we act on our promises. Responding to questions from Youth Parliament members and students, he lamented that unfortunately, Pakistan has not had a true representative or a leader with vision in 79 years. We will change the fate of this country and eliminate all the disappointments of our youth. The youth are our future, and we take pride in our future, and through this youth, we will lead Pakistan on the path of development.
