Islamabad (Crime Reporter) The police are committed to serving the public. SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and SP President Zone Khalid Mahmood Awan held an open court under the open-door policy to address citizens’ issues promptly. They issued immediate directives to relevant officers after listening to the complaints of the citizens. According to details, in light of the special orders of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and SP President Zone Khalid Mahmood Awan organized open courts in their offices to ensure immediate redressal of citizens’ issues. During these open courts, citizens presented their complaints for resolution. SSP Operations Islamabad and SP President Zone listened to the citizens’ issues and directed relevant officers to take legal action on marked applications within the given timeframe and submit reports. They stated that Islamabad Police is implementing a zero-tolerance policy regarding violence against women and children. Providing maximum relief to citizens is a top priority. The rule of law will be ensured at all costs. They further stated that every citizen is entitled to equal rights, and decisions on all applications will be made on merit. The protection of citizens’ lives, property, and dignity is paramount.
