Providing a Secure Environment and Full Support to Business Community Is Government’s Priority, Says Mohsin Naqvi

Interior Minister meets delegation of traders and industrialists from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, announces visits to Peshawar and Quetta for permanent resolution of security and business issues

Islamabad (Izhar Khan Niazi): Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with a delegation of traders and industrialists from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, which included representatives from the chambers of commerce of both provinces.

During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Interior Minister in detail about the prevailing security situation in their respective provinces, challenges faced by business activities, and issues confronting the trader community.

The Federal Interior Minister apprised the delegation of the overall security situation in the country, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, and highlighted the measures taken by the government to maintain law and order.

Mohsin Naqvi assured the delegation that the government would utilize all available resources to ensure the protection of traders and industrialists and to address their concerns.

He said that providing a secure and business-friendly environment to the business community is among the government’s top priorities, as the private sector plays a vital role in strengthening the national economy.

The Interior Minister stated that the growth and progress of the business community are directly linked with Pakistan’s development and prosperity.

Mohsin Naqvi announced that he would soon visit Peshawar and Quetta, where detailed meetings would be held with senior officials of the provincial governments and representatives of the business community to develop permanent, effective, and practical solutions to the issues faced by traders.

He assured traders and industrialists that the entire government stands with them and that all possible measures will be taken to resolve their legitimate concerns.
