The recruitment process for more than 1,700 vacancies in Islamabad Police is continuing in a transparent manner. Under the supervision of the National Police Foundation, physical and running tests for candidates are being conducted smoothly at various test centers across the country.
On the special instructions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, senior police officers are personally present at the test centers to oversee the recruitment process. All stages of recruitment are being monitored in accordance with merit, transparency, and the prescribed rules and procedures. Only competent, capable, and merit-based candidates will be selected for Islamabad Police.
According to details, on the special directives of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the recruitment process for more than 1,700 vacancies in Islamabad Police is being carried out in complete transparency, strictly on merit, and in accordance with the prescribed procedures. In this regard, physical and running tests for candidates are being organized systematically at various test centers established across the country under the management of the National Police Foundation.
Candidates are being evaluated for their physical fitness, running ability, and other prescribed standards to ensure that every stage of the recruitment process is completed with complete transparency, merit, and uniform standards.
While reviewing the recruitment process, Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi directed the concerned officers to provide equal opportunities to every candidate and ensure that all stages of recruitment are conducted in a completely transparent, impartial, and merit-based manner. He stated that only qualified, talented, physically fit, and professionally competent young individuals would be selected for Islamabad Police on the basis of merit.
On this occasion, DIG Headquarters Muhammad Ateeq Tahir visited the Police Lines Headquarters and the F-9 Test Center, while DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq and DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq also visited various test centers to review the recruitment process, security arrangements, and overall administrative matters in detail. They directed the concerned officers to ensure strict implementation of transparency, merit, and the prescribed procedures at every stage of recruitment.
Similarly, other senior officers of Islamabad Police remained present at test centers established in different cities across the country. They continuously monitored the physical and running tests, security arrangements, facilities provided to candidates, and overall administrative matters to ensure that the recruitment process continued smoothly, systematically, and transparently.
Excellent arrangements were made at the test centers for the convenience of candidates. To protect candidates from the intense heat, shaded tents, clean drinking water, medical assistance, waiting areas, and other basic facilities were provided. Effective security and discipline arrangements were also put in place to ensure that candidates had a comfortable and well-organized environment.
Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi reaffirmed his commitment that the entire recruitment process in Islamabad Police would be completed strictly in accordance with the principles of merit, transparency, and fairness, and that no recommendation, pressure, or illegal interference would be tolerated under any circumstances. He further stated that by recruiting the best human resources, Islamabad Police is ensuring the development of a more professional, effective, and public-friendly police force.
