Attock (Staff Reporter) – Additional Deputy Commissioner General Anil Saeed chaired an important meeting regarding dengue prevention at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. Heads and officers of the relevant departments participated in the meeting.

On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Anil Saeed stated that the rainy season has begun, increasing the risk of dengue outbreaks. Therefore, any negligence or laxity in anti-dengue activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

He directed all relevant departments to further strengthen their field activities and ensure effective measures for the identification and elimination of dengue larvae.

He emphasized that continuous monitoring of different areas should be carried out and that immediate action must be taken wherever there is a possibility of dengue larvae being present.

The meeting reviewed the current status of the anti-dengue campaign, and the concerned officers were instructed to complete all assigned targets in a timely manner in accordance with the directives of the Punjab Government, so that citizens can be protected from dengue.
