Rawalpindi (City Reporter) – Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Patron-in-Chief of Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia Pakistan, urged parents to make the promotion of Islamic values within their homes and society, the moral and spiritual upbringing of the younger generation, and a strong attachment to the Quran and Sunnah among their top priorities.
A monthly Zikr gathering and Quran study session was organized by Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, which was attended by a large number of men and women from the local community. The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, while the proceedings were conducted by the renowned religious scholar Hafiz Sheikh Muhammad Qasim.
Addressing the gathering, Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Patron-in-Chief of Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia Khayaban-e-Sir Syed, shed detailed light on the teachings of the Holy Quran, the importance of the remembrance of Allah, and various aspects of individual and collective reform in the light of the Seerah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
He stated that the Holy Quran is a complete code of life for humanity and that true success in this world and the Hereafter can only be achieved by following its teachings. He further said that the remembrance of Allah is the best means of attaining peace of heart, strengthening faith, and achieving spiritual growth.
At the conclusion of the gathering, special prayers were offered for the security, progress, and stability of Pakistan, the unity and solidarity of the Muslim Ummah, and the forgiveness of the deceased.
Participants described the spiritual and educational session as highly beneficial and emphasized that its regular organization is important for the religious and moral development of society.
