Islamabad (City Reporter) Following the passing of former national fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar’s brother Shahid Akhtar, Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, along with prominent political and social figure Sajid Qureshi, Senator Saleem Zia, Basit Butt, former national cricketer Abdul Razzaq, and cricketer Raza Khan, visited the bereaved family to offer their condolences.

During the visit, the delegation prayed for the elevation of the deceased’s ranks in the afterlife and for patience and strength for the bereaved family. The visitors expressed their deep sympathy and solidarity with Shoaib Akhtar and his family in this time of grief.

They prayed that Almighty Allah may grant the deceased a high place in His mercy and grant patience and courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
