Private Educational Institutions Are Playing a Vital Role in Promoting Quality Education, Says Dr. Abrar Hussain Malik

President of the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association Visits Skardu, Meets Khubaib College Director Hafiz Rehmatullah and Educationist Professor Ehsanullah

Islamabad (News Reporter): President of the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association (APPSCA), Dr. Abrar Hussain Malik, held meetings with prominent educationists, academic administrators, and social figures during his visit to Skardu. The discussions focused on the role of the private education sector, the promotion of quality education, professional development of teachers, curriculum improvement, and enhancing educational facilities in remote areas.

During the visit, Dr. Malik met with Hafiz Rehmatullah, Director of Khubaib College Skardu, to discuss the challenges faced by private educational institutions in Gilgit-Baltistan, evolving educational requirements, and the provision of a high-quality learning environment for students.

Later, in a meeting with renowned educationist Professor Ehsanullah, the participants exchanged views on the education system in Gilgit-Baltistan, teachers’ capacity building, curriculum reforms, and the promotion of cooperation between public and private educational institutions.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Abrar Hussain Malik stated that educational institutions in Gilgit-Baltistan are rendering commendable services despite limited resources. He said that private educational institutions are providing quality education to millions of students across the country while making a significant contribution to national development. Therefore, he emphasized, the sector deserves encouragement and a coordinated strategy to address its challenges.

He further stated that the All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association will continue its efforts to provide an effective platform for private educational institutions, enhance teachers’ professional capabilities, improve educational standards, and contribute to a brighter future for students.
