Case Registered Against Accused for Fraudulently Deducting Money from Deserving Women Under Benazir Income Support Programme
Daud Khel (Zia Niazi): Harnoli Police Station has taken action against individuals involved in fraudulent deductions from deserving women under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) and arrested two suspects.
On the directions of District Police Officer (DPO) Mianwali Waqar Azeem Kharl, action was taken against those involved in deceiving poor and innocent women. SHO Harnoli Police Station Sub-Inspector Imran Khan Rokhri, along with his team, arrested two suspects red-handed based on information received from an informer.
The arrested suspects were identified as Benazir Income Support Programme device operator Muhammad Idrees, son of Liaquat Ali, resident of Mohalla Sadat Harnoli, and Muhammad Ramzan, resident of Tiba Mehrban Shah.
According to police, the suspects were deducting Rs. 1,000 from each deserving woman receiving assistance under the BISP programme. A case has been registered against both accused at Harnoli Police Station, and further legal proceedings are underway.
