Rawalpindi (Sanobar Kiyani): Gujar Khan Police have taken successful action and arrested the main suspect allegedly involved in the murder of a citizen.

According to police, the suspect allegedly opened fire and killed the citizen two weeks ago along with an accomplice due to a previous dispute. The main suspect remained in hiding for two weeks, while his accomplice had already been arrested.

Following the registration of a case, Gujar Khan Police utilized technical and human intelligence sources to trace and arrest the main suspect. Police officials said that the accomplice nominated in the case had already been arrested.

Further investigation of the arrested suspect is underway, and all aspects of the case are being examined.

SP Saddar Anam Sher said that the arrested suspect would be challaned on the basis of solid evidence and presented before the court so that he could be punished in accordance with the law.
