Rawalpindi (Report: Izhar Khan Niazi): The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone held an open court in Rawalpindi to promote public engagement and ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ problems.
The open court was organized by the Deputy Director of the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC), Rawalpindi.
During the open court, citizens were given the opportunity to directly present their complaints, problems and applications. The Deputy Director listened attentively to the citizens’ complaints and issued necessary instructions to the relevant officers for immediate action and resolution of each matter in accordance with the law.
On the occasion, the commitment was reiterated that FIA Islamabad Zone would continue to perform its responsibilities with complete dedication to ensure transparency, accountability and the provision of accessible, effective and timely services to the public.
