Petroleum Supply Continues Normally Across Attock District, Says Additional Deputy Commissioner General Anil Saeed

Attock (Staff Reporter): Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Attock, Anil Saeed, has said that, in accordance with the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the supply of petroleum products across Attock district is continuing without interruption, and no complaints regarding fuel shortages or hoarding have been received from any part of the district.

He made these remarks while visiting various petrol pumps in Attock city. District Officer Industries and other relevant officers accompanied him during the inspections. The Additional Deputy Commissioner reviewed the availability of petroleum products, the overall supply situation, and the facilities being provided to consumers at different fuel stations.

Anil Saeed stated that the district administration is continuously monitoring the supply and availability of petroleum products to ensure an uninterrupted distribution system. He directed the concerned officers to make certain that petrol pumps maintain a steady supply of fuel so that citizens do not face any inconvenience.

He further warned that any attempt by individuals or petrol pump owners to hoard petroleum products, engage in profiteering, or create an artificial shortage would not be tolerated. He instructed the relevant authorities to continue regular inspections of petrol stations and to take immediate action in response to any complaints.

The Additional Deputy Commissioner also appealed to the public to avoid unnecessary stockpiling of petroleum products and to promptly inform the district administration of any complaints or irregularities. He emphasized that the district administration is taking all possible measures to ensure the uninterrupted availability of essential commodities for the public.
