Re-Measurement Opportunity Provided to Ensure Merit, Transparency, and Equal Opportunities

ISLAMABAD (Crime Reporter): Physical Test Review Boards were held at the Police Lines Headquarters as part of Islamabad Police Recruitment 2026 to facilitate candidates and ensure transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Under the supervision of Deputy Inspector General of Police (Law & Order and Training) Muhammad Atiq Tahir and Deputy Inspector General of Police (Security) Rana Umar Farooq, candidates who were dissatisfied with their physical measurements during the physical test were given an opportunity to undergo re-measurement.

During the review process, the physical measurements of candidates and other relevant stages were reassessed according to the prescribed procedures. The entire process was conducted transparently to ensure that no candidate was treated unfairly and that every applicant was provided an appropriate opportunity to have their concerns addressed.

The concerned officers and staff ensured that candidates were facilitated, discipline was maintained, and all prescribed procedures were followed throughout the review board proceedings.

Candidates were provided full assistance in presenting their concerns and undergoing the re-measurement process.

Senior police officers emphasized that the entire recruitment process was being conducted in accordance with the principles of merit, transparency, impartiality, and equal opportunity.

They said all candidates were being assessed according to the prescribed standards, rules, and regulations to ensure the transparent selection of eligible and suitable candidates.
