Drug Supplier Sentenced to 9 Years in Prison and Fined 80,000 Rupees

Rawalpindi (Sanober Kiani) – As a result of effective policing and case follow-up by the Rawalpindi police, a distinguished court has sentenced a drug supplier to 9 years in prison and a fine of 80,000 rupees.

According to the police, the criminal Amir was arrested by the Gujarkhan police in August 2023 after 2 kilograms and 260 grams of hashish were recovered. The police presented solid evidence in the case and followed up effectively, leading the court to impose a fitting sentence on the criminal.

The Rawalpindi police stated that all possible measures are being taken to eradicate the scourge of drugs, and actions against drug dealers and effective follow-up of cases will continue.
