Islamabad (Izhhar Khan Niazi) – Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the Diplomatic Enclave and took a detailed review of the ongoing development and beautification works. The federal minister inspected the progress of work on the boundary wall, remodeling of the check post, cycling track, and walking track in the Diplomatic Enclave.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi instructed that work on the boundary wall of the Diplomatic Enclave should continue at all times and that no trees should be cut down during construction and development work. He directed that the cycling and walking tracks be developed in a modern style, ensuring that visitors are provided with world-class facilities.

The federal minister also instructed to further widen the roads in the Diplomatic Enclave. He directed the DIG Security to reconstitute a modern and comprehensive security plan for the Diplomatic Enclave, emphasizing that the security of the diplomatic area should be aligned with modern requirements.

Mohsin Naqvi stated that the parks in the Diplomatic Enclave will also be restored in a modern style. He emphasized that the goal is to make the Diplomatic Enclave a modern, secure, and beautiful diplomatic zone. He added that providing world-class facilities to the residents of the Diplomatic Enclave is the government’s top priority.

The Chairman of the CDA provided the federal interior minister with a detailed briefing on the ongoing development works in the Diplomatic Enclave and the progress made on them. The Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad and other relevant officials were also present on this occasion.
