Rawalpindi (News Reporter) The festival of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) is being celebrated with great religious fervor, devotion, and respect. On this joyous occasion, a grand and dignified procession emerged from Jamia Razvia in the Satellite Town area of Rawalpindi, attended by a large number of scholars and devotees of the Prophet.
The procession started from Jamia Razvia, passing through Sukh Road and Sayedpur Road (Fifth Road), and peacefully concluded back at Jamia Razvia. The procession was led by Shahzad Dilawar Khan, Mian Imran Hayat, Shavez Khan, Raja Kamran, and other prominent figures. Throughout the procession, the atmosphere was filled with chants of blessings and slogans in praise of the Prophet. Special arrangements were made for the comfort of the devotees and the public along the route. In this regard, food, including naan, halwa, Rooh Afza, and cold water, was provided to the participants. Special arrangements were also made for recitations of naats, where the poets showered their devotion at the court of the Prophet. On this spiritually uplifting occasion, Shahzad Dilawar Khan, Mian Imran Hayat, and Raja Kamran encouraged the best naat reciters and awarded them beautiful prizes. At the end, special prayers were offered for the safety, peace, and stability of the country and the nation.
