Bajaur (From Abdul Ghaffar Khan): The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Education Department, in collaboration with the Bajaur Cricket Association, will organize a School Cricket Tournament for students studying up to the matriculation level. Only students under the age of 16 (Under-16) and under the age of 17 (Under-17) will be eligible to participate in the tournament.

In this connection, PCB Head Coach Zahoor Ahmed arrived in Bajaur, where he was warmly welcomed at Khar Model School under the supervision of Bajaur Cricket Association General Secretary Shaukat Hussain.

Later, an important meeting was held to discuss in detail the tournament arrangements, participation of schools, player registration, and other related matters. The meeting was attended by General Secretary Shaukat Hussain, the District Education Officer, PCB Head Coach Zahoor Ahmed, and other relevant officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Zahoor Ahmed said that the Pakistan Cricket Board aims to promote cricket at the school level while providing opportunities for young talent to progress. He added that talented students from Bajaur would be given an excellent platform to showcase their abilities, and the tournament would help discover and develop new cricketers.
