Young man collapsed during the running test and was shifted to PIMS, where he could not survive

A candidate who had arrived for recruitment in the Islamabad Police died during the physical test.

According to the police, 25-year-old Ishaq, a resident of Sarai Naurang, Lakki Marwat District, suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness during the running phase of the physical test.

He was immediately shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Emergency Ward for medical treatment. However, he could not survive.

Police said that further investigation into the incident is underway, while the necessary legal formalities are also being completed.
