Wins All Seats with 48-Vote Lead Over Phool Group

The complete panel of the Chand Group has secured a decisive victory in the CBA Union elections held at Jinnah Hydel Power Station WAPDA Kalabagh, defeating the rival Phool Group by a margin of 48 votes.

According to details, elections for the All Pakistan WAPDA Hydroelectric Workers Union CBA were held at Jinnah Hydel Power Station Kalabagh, in which candidates from both Chand Group and Phool Group participated.

The Chand Group fielded Ehsanullah Khan for the post of Chairman, Nazar Abbas for Vice Chairman, Faisal Rasool for Secretary, and Muhammad Nadeem for Joint Secretary.

The Phool Group candidates included Ali Awaad Khan for Chairman, Abuzar Khan for Vice Chairman, Muhammad Rizwan for Secretary, and Afser Hakeem for Joint Secretary.

A total of 129 registered voters exercised their right to vote. The complete panel of Chand Group emerged victorious with a clear majority, with each of its candidates securing 88 votes, while candidates of the Phool Group received 40 votes each.

Following the results, Chand Group candidates Ehsanullah Khan (Chairman), Nazar Abbas (Vice Chairman), Faisal Rasool (Secretary), and Muhammad Nadeem (Joint Secretary) were declared successful.

On the occasion of their victory, newly elected office-bearers of Chand Group were congratulated by Zaheer Abbas Khan Daud Khel, Zulqarnain Khan Mandakhel, and other colleagues. They expressed hope that the newly elected representatives would take practical steps for the welfare and betterment of workers of Jinnah Hydel Power Station Kalabagh.
