The flood situation in Mian Dhery has prompted residents to protest over water drainage issues caused by recent heavy rains. Following the closure of the Tarbela Road, Sahibzada Hamid Shah played a significant and effective role by meeting with the administration and a representative delegation of the protesters along with GM Tarbela Dam Anwar Shah. The meeting was attended by AC Ghazi Junaid Aftab, DSP Ghazi Masood Khan, Shah Ali Mardan, Syed Farman Shah, Dr. Haroon, and other local dignitaries. The delegation informed about the obstruction in water drainage at the location of Palyan on Tarbela Road due to small pipes. The GM of Tarbela Dam assured an immediate resolution to the issue, stating that he would contact the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Highway Authority to assess the situation and find an appropriate solution for water drainage. On this occasion, Sahibzada Hamid Shah urged the AC Ghazi to conduct an immediate survey of the damages caused by the recent rains in various areas of Tehsil Ghazi and provide government assistance to the affected individuals. Local residents appreciated his efforts and practical role in resolving the issue during this difficult time.
