Hazrat Allama Pir Syed Hussain-ud-Din Shah Was a Beacon of Knowledge and Practice, Says Allama Pir Syed Riaz Hussain Shah

Patron-in-Chief of Idara Taleemat-e-Islamia, Khayaban-e-Sir Syed Rawalpindi, Allama Pir Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing of Sheikh-ul-Hadith wal-Tafseer Hazrat Allama Pir Syed Hussain-ud-Din Shah.

He said that the late scholar was one of the last links to the great religious scholars of the past, a personification of knowledge and practice, and a distinguished custodian of religious and spiritual values. His death has created an irreparable void in academic, religious and spiritual circles.

In his statement, Allama Riaz Hussain Shah said that Hazrat Hussain-ud-Din Shah devoted his entire life to serving Islam, teaching and education, social reform and the moral and spiritual training of the younger generation.

He described him as a great religious scholar, mentor, reformer and spiritual guide whose scholarly and educational services would always be remembered.

Allama Riaz Hussain Shah said that Hazrat Hussain-ud-Din Shah’s scholarly and spiritual legacy would continue to serve as a guiding light for his students and followers. He added that carrying forward his teachings is the true expression of love and respect for his legacy.

He expressed condolences to the deceased’s sons, family members, students and all the bereaved and prayed that Allah Almighty elevate the deceased’s ranks, grant him a high مقام in Jannat-ul-Firdous and bless the bereaved family with patience and fortitude.
