SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza held an open court at his office under the open-door policy to ensure the prompt resolution of citizens’ issues. He listened to public complaints and issued directions to concerned officers for their immediate resolution.
According to details, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza organized the open court as part of efforts to provide swift relief to citizens and address their grievances.
During the open court, citizens presented their complaints regarding various issues. The SSP Operations listened to their concerns and directed the relevant officers to take legal action on the marked applications within the given timeframe and submit compliance reports.
SSP Qazi Ali Raza stated that Islamabad Police is following a zero-tolerance policy against violence towards women and children. He said providing maximum possible relief to citizens remains the department’s top priority, and the rule of law will be ensured under all circumstances.
He further stated that every citizen has equal rights and that all applications will be decided strictly on merit. He emphasized that the protection of citizens’ lives, property, and dignity is the foremost responsibility of Islamabad Police.
