Islamabad Police Committed to Resolving Citizens’ Problems: DIG Islamabad

DIG Muhammad Jawad Tariq and Zonal SPs Hear Citizens’ Grievances During Open Courts and Direct Officers to Resolve Issues Promptly

ISLAMABAD (Crime Reporter): Islamabad Police is committed to resolving the problems of citizens. DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq and the zonal SPs heard citizens’ grievances during open courts held at their offices and directed officers to resolve their problems immediately.

“Resolving citizens’ problems promptly and on merit is our top priority,” the officers said.

According to details, in light of the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police remains committed to resolving the problems of citizens. In this regard, DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq, SP City Zone Dr. Ayaz Hussain, and SP Saddar Zone Khalid Mahmood Awan heard the problems of citizens during open courts held at their offices and issued directions to officers for their immediate resolution.

On the occasion, they said that citizens could also register their complaints and problems through the “IGP Complaint Cell 1715” for the resolution of their issues. They said that Islamabad Police was committed to reaching out to ordinary citizens through various initiatives and resolving their problems.

They further said that IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi had directed all senior police officers to hold open courts throughout the district. In this regard, all zonal SPs were conducting open courts in their respective zones.

They added that any citizen of Islamabad could openly present their problems at these open courts. The objective of Islamabad Police’s public outreach campaign is to resolve citizens’ problems at their doorstep.
