Islamabad Police Conduct Grand Combing and Search Operations Across Various Areas of the Federal Capital

Islamabad Police conducted grand combing and search operations in various areas of the federal capital, checking 588 individuals, 288 households, 22 hotels, 36 shops, 245 motorcycles, and 137 vehicles. During the operation, 15 suspicious individuals and 20 motorcycles were shifted to different police stations for further verification.

According to details, on the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police has continued its campaign of grand combing and search operations in different areas of the federal capital to curb crime and crack down on criminal elements.

In this regard, under the supervision of SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza and the oversight of zonal SPs, extensive search and combing operations were carried out in various localities.

During the operations, police checked 588 individuals, 288 households, 22 hotels, 36 shops, 245 motorcycles, and 137 vehicles. Additionally, 15 suspicious persons and 20 motorcycles were taken into custody and shifted to different police stations for detailed scrutiny and verification.

Islamabad Police reiterated its commitment to maintaining law and order and ensuring the safety and security of citizens through continued intelligence-based and preventive operations across the city.
