Dawoodkhel (Zia Niazi) – The Kareemabad feeder has been separated from the Tabi Sar feeder. Thousands of residents of Kareemabad have expressed their gratitude to the Nawabzadas of Kalabagh for resolving a long-standing issue. A grand inauguration ceremony was held in Kareemabad, Kalabagh, attended by Pakistan Peoples Party leader Nawabzada Malik Amir Muhammad Khan of Kalabagh as the chief guest. During his speech, he stated that for the past ten years, the residents of Kareemabad have faced distress and inconvenience. Whenever the Tabi Sar feeder was shut down due to a minor storm or light rain, the Kareemabad area would also suffer without reason, leading to power outages. He mentioned that despite significant efforts, no representative or former prime minister had resolved this issue until now. He emphasized that the people of Kalabagh and Mianwali share a bond of life and death, and their doors have always been open to address public issues. He remarked that he was not criticizing anyone, but a strong opposition could also help resolve public problems. He questioned who would listen to representatives in the assemblies if they were not heard in the district. He assured that the seasonal drains of Kalabagh would soon be cleared to resolve public issues. The event was attended by a large number of people, including WAPDA Executive Najeem Al-Hassan, Malik Noor Sher, Muhammad Ghulam, Senior Vice President of the Iskandarabad Market Traders Association Zakaullah Pai Khel, journalist Ikramullah Iskandarabad, long-time associates and traders of the Kalabagh group Malik Muhammad Arif, and various political and social circles.
