Mandra Police Arrest Four-Member Gang Involved in Theft and Burglary

Rawalpindi (Sanobar Kiyani): Mandra Police have taken effective action and arrested a four-member gang allegedly involved in theft, burglary and other criminal activities.

Stolen cash amounting to Rs. 260,400, weapons allegedly used in the crimes and a rickshaw were recovered from the possession of the arrested suspects. According to police officials, the suspects would conduct reconnaissance of various areas using the rickshaw before committing theft and burglary.

The arrested individuals were already on police record in several cases of robbery, theft, burglary and illegal possession of weapons in the twin cities.

According to a police spokesperson, Mandra Police successfully arrested the gang by utilizing technical and human intelligence sources. Further investigation is underway, and more revelations are expected from the suspects.

SP Saddar Anam Sher praised the police team for the successful operation and said that challans against the arrested suspects would be completed on the basis of solid evidence and presented before the court so that they could be punished in accordance with the law.
