Guard of Honour Presented by a Smartly Turned-Out Police Contingent; Fateha Offered for the Martyr

DAUDKHEL (Zia Niazi): On the death anniversary of Shaheed Head Constable Nadir Khan, a resident of Ghorniyan Wala, Musa Khel, Mianwali, who was martyred in Rawalpindi district, officers of Mianwali Police visited his grave and offered Fateha.

In accordance with the vision of Punjab Inspector General of Police Abdul Karim and on the special directions of DPO Mianwali Waqar Azim Kharl, officers and personnel of Mianwali Police visited the grave of Shaheed Head Constable Nadir Khan on the occasion of his death anniversary.

Head Constable Nadir Khan, a resident of Ghorniyan Wala, Musa Khel, Mianwali, was martyred in the line of duty in Rawalpindi district on July 17, 1992.

A smartly turned-out contingent of Mianwali Police presented a guard of honour. Fateha was offered for the departed soul of the martyr, a wreath was laid, and flower petals were showered on the grave.

Police officials said that police martyrs, regardless of the district in which they sacrificed their lives while performing their duties, are valuable assets of the department. Their sacrifices can never be forgotten.

On the death anniversary of the martyr, they reaffirmed their commitment that the families of martyrs would never be left alone. Punjab Police would always remember the sacrifices of its martyrs and would never allow their sacrifices to go in vain.
