Rawalpindi (Sanober Kayani): Raja Taimoor Safdar, President of the Pakistan Peoples Party Youth Wing, Gujar Khan, has said that the Pakistan Peoples Party has always prioritized public service, practical politics, and the resolution of public issues.

Speaking to the media, he stated that the residents of Kalyam Awan had long been facing severe difficulties due to the deteriorated condition of the road connecting the area to the Ring Road. When the issue was brought to the attention of former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, he immediately visited the area, reviewed the public’s concerns, and initiated practical measures for the road’s rehabilitation.

Raja Taimoor Safdar said that Raja Pervaiz Ashraf not only promised the reconstruction of the road but also expressed his commitment to completing the project after the budget allocation. According to him, the commencement of initial work on the project has brought renewed hope to local residents, who clearly understand the difference between practical service and mere announcements.

He further stated that various announcements regarding the project had been made in the past, but the public did not receive the practical results they had expected. He added that Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has always preferred resolving public issues through action rather than rhetoric, which is why people continue to place their trust in him.

Raja Taimoor Safdar described Raja Pervaiz Ashraf as a wise, people-friendly, and experienced political leader who has always treated the problems and hardships of his constituents as his own. He said that the people of Kalyam Awan are well aware of who played a practical role in addressing their issues and who remained limited to promises.

He reaffirmed that the Pakistan Peoples Party will continue its journey of public service, development, and prosperity with the same dedication and commitment.
