Separate operations lead to recovery of arms, ammunition, and three bottles of liquor; cases registered against suspects

Rawalpindi/Taxila (Shah Rukh Khan, Tehsil Reporter): Taxila Police have arrested two suspects in separate operations against illegal weapon holders and liquor sellers, recovering illegal arms, ammunition, and liquor.

According to the Rawalpindi Police spokesperson, in one operation, police arrested a suspect and recovered illegal weapons and ammunition from his possession. In another operation, police detained another suspect and recovered three bottles of liquor from him.

Separate cases have been registered against both suspects, and further investigations are underway.

Rawalpindi Police stated that indiscriminate action against individuals involved in illegal weapons, liquor trade, and other criminal activities will continue to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property and to make society safer from crime.
