A representative delegation of the Anjuman-e-Tajran (Traders’ Association) met with City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera to discuss the city’s law and order situation, the issues faced by the business community, and the promotion of mutual cooperation.

The delegation was led by Anjuman-e-Tajran President Sharjeel Mir and included Chaudhry Iqbal, Yasir Ismail Mughal, Talha Tauqeer, Saddam Abbasi, Haji Parvez Ghazi, Imtiaz Abbasi, Sheikh Suhail, Rafiq Shah, Adnan Khan, Rao Irfan, Shoaib Khan, Babar Bhatti, Ishtiaq Mughal, Khawaja Fahad, and other trader representatives.

On the occasion, CPO Hassan Mushtaq Sukhera stated that Rawalpindi Police is taking every possible measure to ensure the protection of the lives and property of citizens and the business community. He said that providing a safe and peaceful business environment is among the top priorities of the police and that instructions have been issued to the concerned officers to address the problems of traders on a priority basis.

The trader representatives appreciated the efforts of Rawalpindi Police in maintaining law and order and preventing crime. They assured the CPO that the business community would continue to extend its full cooperation to the police in maintaining peace and stability in the city.

The meeting concluded in a cordial atmosphere, with both sides agreeing to further strengthen cooperation for the protection of citizens, enhance security in the city’s markets, and improve mutual coordination.
