However, in today’ s rapidly changing world, universities are becoming much more than places of learning. They are transforming into innovation centres, talent hubs and important drivers of regional economic and social development.

Located in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, Yanshan University represents this modern vision of higher education. Through its commitment to academic excellence, scientific research, technological                  innovation and international cooperation, the university demonstrates how higher education institutions can contribute not only to students’ personal growth but also to the development of surrounding communities and industries.

As a Bangladeshi student studying at the School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, I have experienced how a university can become a bridge connecting knowledge, cultures and development goals. My journey at Yanshan University has shown me that education is not limited to textbooks; it is a powerful force that shapes industries, supports innovation and creates opportunities across borders.
