Citizens’ Issues Heard, Immediate Action Ordered by Relevant Officers
Daud Khel (Zia Niazi): Under the vision of Punjab Chief Minister titled “Justice at Your Doorstep”, District Police Officer (DPO) Mianwali Waqar Azeem Kharl held an open court at Rest House Tabi Sar.
During the open court, DPO Mianwali listened to the issues of citizens from Bangi Khel and issued immediate directives to the concerned officers for necessary action.
Citizens presented their problems, complaints, and suggestions directly before DPO Waqar Azeem Kharl. He reaffirmed his commitment to providing timely and impartial justice to the public.
“Rich and poor are equal for me. No injustice against any citizen will be tolerated,” said DPO Mianwali.
DPO Waqar Azeem Kharl stated that the purpose of holding open courts is to strengthen trust and cooperation between the public and the police. He added that the immediate resolution of citizens’ complaints and the provision of justice on merit are among the top priorities of Punjab Police.
The open court was attended by SDPO Isa Khel, Station House Officers (SHOs), investigation officers, Public Relations Officer (PRO), and the in-charge of the Complaint Cell.
DPO Mianwali directed police officers to resolve citizens’ issues on a priority basis and ensure the delivery of better public services.
