RAWALPINDI (Syed Shahid Waheed Hashmi): The bullet-riddled body of an unidentified young man was recovered from Harka Graveyard in the jurisdiction of Rawat Police Station.

Upon receiving information, Rawat Police immediately reached the scene, took the body into custody, and shifted it to a hospital for post-mortem examination.

According to initial information, the victim was allegedly shot dead by unidentified individuals, and multiple bullet wounds were found on his body. Police collected evidence from the crime scene, while a forensic team also examined the site.

Police officials said that investigations were underway from various angles to identify the deceased and determine the motive behind the murder. Proceedings have been initiated for registration of a case and arrest of the suspects.

Police said that the facts would be revealed soon in light of the evidence and investigation.
